The Years Keep Passing Us By

July 2, 2005. I will never forget that day. Thats the day I became Mrs. Hagan. I was hot, pregnant and in love. So extremely ready to put on my beautiful princess dress, drink one measily sip of wine, marry a wonderful guy and crash as soon as we got to the hotel room.

Sidenote: If you are reading this and went to highschool with me. You may remember a kid that SO wanted to be my boyfriend that also has the same last name...even the same spelling...ITS NOT THAT GUY!! As fate would have it, I acutally met another Mr. Hagan that I absolutely adored and wanted to spend the rest of my life with.

I couldn't be happier to be celebrating one more year with my husband J. That brings our grand total to 6 years and counting. We have been together since 2001(a grand total of 10 years, so it was NOT a shotgun wedding) and I hope the trend continues. Our lives thus far have been full of surprises and lots of twists and turns. No, marriage isn't always sunshine and puppy dogs (although we do have a puppy who just turned 1 this year and July is awfully sunny and hot) but we made and continue to make the most of it.

We learn from our mistakes and I love the fact that each bump brings us closer together. Jeff and I have been together since we were teens (19) and we have come a long way since then and  have grown up immensly. Sometimes it can be really rough to grow into your adulthood married to someone when you are still trying to figure yourself out but I would not have chose to figure myself out with anyone else by my side. I can not imagine myself married to a more amazing husband, father, provider, and bestfriend. I am truly BLESSED!
