2 Parents + 1 Five Yr Old + 1 Dog +___ = It's Happening!

Rilyn is going to be a BIG BROTHER! We are beyond excited. Rilyn has been praying for this (literally) for months and it is finally happening. His daily prayers at dinner time have consisted of the following: 

Dear God-

Thank you for our food.

Please bless mommy, bless daddy,

bless Mizzy, bless me, and bless a baby brother or sister.

Amen

I mean, we have only been trying for 2 1/2 years, so we were absolutely ecstatic and shocked when we saw a positive test. So shocked that we ended up taking three. The first was so faint we thought it was negative, but now looking at the pictures of all three side by side it definitely looks positive. 

Also we have decided, or I should say Ri has decided that until the baby is born we will be calling it Bob. Ri came up with the name and it has stuck. Who knows, this nickname may stick even after the baby is born regardless of gender. We are pumped, stoked, excited and all those other words that people use to describe sheer joy.

I heard stories from other moms that you show faster the second time around than you did with the first. I am a total believer! I also realize that I am not a "skinny" girl so for a while I just said that it was my belly, but comparing pictures from just a few weeks before I found out until now there is absolutely no denying that it is all baby. Its amazing to me how your body remembers exactly what to do to sustain a little life growing inside you. Check the sidebar for an updated status on how big Baby H is. God is truly amazing and we are honored to be having this incredible blessing come to our family!
