December was a month filled with changes. A bigger Christmas tree, more presents from Santa and the revealing of what would become Xaviers “Kramer” hair.
When X was first born he had a head FULL of black straight hair. Over the months, it began to become a little disheveled and unruly when we would finish up bath time. He went from having silky smooth black hair to curly brown hair with one singular strand of blond. Yep, you read that right….one. single. strand. Nothing more, nothing less. I don’t get it.

....to THIS! |
I should have realized in the first two pictures once I saw random strands sticking up. But no, I was an in love mama swooning over her new baby boy. His hair has YET to decide what it wants to do. In the coming months it continued to morph. He ended up with hair strictly in the front on top that resembled dark brown cotton candy. I was looking at pictures of Rilyn from when he was younger and he has the EXACT same hair.

Another part of December came and went. Christmas. I had SO much fun getting the boys presents. Even SANTA got the boys a ton of stuff. I think Santa was surprised that another little boy was in our house now. Good thing he checked his list twice. He left both of the boys with lots of great stuff. I of course had fun making the boys sit through my 8 million photos. Here are a couple that I got on my phone.

Ri loved his Santa hat |
 |
...and Mizzys bone obviously |
 |
Rilyn was digging the matching pjs....or maybe that was me :) |
 |
Xavier obviously was bored with my picture antics |
 |
So was Mizzy the elf |
 |
X wanted nothing to do with pictures anymore |
 |
I kind of got one with both of them looking |

The Hagan Families favorite gift of 2011 |
The rest of December was short and filled with love, laughter and many more memories than I can actually write about. 2011 was truly one of the best years. Ranked right up there with the year 2005. Thats when our family truly became a family. Jeff and I were married that year and also blessed with the best big boy a mom and dad could ask for. Im sure Xavier would say that Ris the best big brother a little brother could have.
Afterall....how many people enjoy playing with their computers while their baby brother tries to rip your lips off?

Brotherly Love. The Best Gift A Parent Could Ask For!
Okay, these matching outfits are so cute...I'm totally stealing that idea when we have baby #2. I especially love Mizzy-Moo's face when she's all dressed up...lol
